About The Issuer

Manba Finance Limited, established in 1996 and headquartered in Mumbai, is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) specializing in financing solutions for new and electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, used cars, small businesses, and personal loans. Operating across six states in India, the company has developed a robust network of over 1,100 dealers, including more than 190 electric vehicle dealers. In September 2024, Manba Finance expanded its capital base by raising ₹150.84 crore through an initial public offering (IPO), issuing 1,25,70,000 fresh equity shares.
