About the issuer

IIFL Samasta Finance Limited, formerly known as Samasta Microfinance Limited, is a systematically important Non-Banking Financial Company-Micro Finance Institution (NBFC-MFI) incorporated in 2008. A wholly owned subsidiary of IIFL Finance Limited, it specializes in providing microfinance services to women in rural and semi-urban areas across India. Operating on a Joint Liability Group model, the company offers income generation loans, consumer durable loans, and micro-insurance products to empower economically disadvantaged women. As of March 2026, IIFL Samasta Finance Limited has a customer base of 2.3 million and operates nearly 1,600 branches across 22 states.
