Navi Finserv Limited, established on February 14, 2012, is a non-deposit-taking, systemically important Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) headquartered in Bengaluru, India. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Navi Technologies Limited, it offers digital personal loans, home loans, and real estate loans through its mobile application, Navi. The company has expanded its services to include microfinance loans under the "Chaitanya" brand via its subsidiary, Chaitanya India Fin Credit Private Limited. As of March 31, 2023, Navi Finserv reported assets under management of approximately ₹12,523.95 crore and a profit after tax of ₹264.16 crore.
