Navi Finserv Limited, established in 2012 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, is a non-deposit-taking, systemically important non-banking financial company (NBFC) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. The company offers digital personal loans, home loans, and real estate loans through its mobile application, Navi. In 2019, Navi Technologies Limited, led by Sachin Bansal, acquired the company, which was previously known as Chaitanya Rural Intermediation Development Services Private Limited. As of March 31, 2023, Navi Finserv reported assets under management of ₹12,523.95 crore and a profit after tax of ₹264.16 crore.
