Navi Finserv Limited, established in 2012 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, is a non-deposit-taking, systemically important non-banking financial company (NBFC) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. The company offers a range of digital financial products, including personal loans, home loans, and real estate loans, primarily through its mobile application, Navi. In 2019, Navi Technologies Limited, led by Sachin Bansal, acquired the company, which was subsequently renamed Navi Finserv Private Limited in 2020 and later converted to a public limited company in 2022. As of March 31, 2023, Navi Finserv reported assets under management of ₹12,523.95 crore and a profit after tax of ₹264.16 crore.
