About The Issuer

Navi Finserv Limited, established in 2012 as Chaitanya Rural Intermediation Development Services Private Limited, is a Bengaluru-based non-deposit-taking, systemically important non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. In 2019, it was acquired by Navi Technologies Limited, led by Sachin Bansal, and rebranded as Navi Finserv Private Limited in 2020. The company offers a range of digital financial products, including personal loans, home loans, and microfinance loans through its subsidiary, Chaitanya India Fin Credit Private Limited. As of March 31, 2023, Navi Finserv reported assets under management of ₹12,523.95 crore and a profit after tax of ₹264.16 crore. The company is headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
