Navi Finserv Limited, established in 2012 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, is a non-deposit-taking, systemically important non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Navi Technologies Limited, it offers digital personal loans, home loans, and real estate loans through its mobile application, Navi. The company has expanded its services to include microfinance loans under the "Chaitanya" brand via its subsidiary, Chaitanya India Fin Credit Private Limited. In the financial year ending March 31, 2023, Navi Finserv disbursed over 1.87 million personal loans totaling approximately ₹11,500 crore, with an average loan size of ₹61,477, covering more than 96% of Indian pin codes. The company's assets under management (AUM) stood at ₹12,523.95 crore as of March 31, 2023, with a profit after tax of ₹264.16 crore for the same period.
