About The Issuer

Navi Finserv Limited, established in 2012 as Chaitanya Rural Intermediation Development Services Private Limited, is a non-deposit-taking, systemically important non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. In October 2019, it was acquired by Navi Technologies Limited, a company founded by Sachin Bansal, and subsequently rebranded as Navi Finserv Limited in 2022. The company offers a range of financial products, including digital personal loans, home loans, and real estate loans, primarily through its mobile application, Navi. As of March 31, 2023, Navi Finserv reported assets under management of ₹12,523.95 crore and a profit after tax of ₹264.16 crore.
