Navi Finserv Limited, established in 2012 and formerly known as Chaitanya Rural Intermediation Development Services Private Limited, is a non-deposit-taking, systemically important non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Navi Technologies Limited, the company offers digital personal loans, home loans, and real estate loans through its mobile application, Navi. In the financial year ending March 31, 2023, Navi Finserv disbursed over 1.87 million personal loans totaling approximately ₹11,500 crore, with an average loan size of ₹61,477, covering more than 96% of Indian pin codes. The company's assets under management stood at ₹12,523.95 crore as of March 31, 2023.
