About The Issuer

Navi Finserv Limited, established in 2012 as Chaitanya Rural Intermediation Development Services Private Limited, is a Bengaluru-based non-deposit-taking, systemically important non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. In October 2019, it was acquired by Navi Technologies Limited, led by Mr. Sachin Bansal, and subsequently rebranded as Navi Finserv Private Limited in 2020 and later as Navi Finserv Limited in 2022. The company offers digital financial solutions, including personal and home loans under the "Navi" brand, and microfinance loans through its subsidiary, Chaitanya India Fin Credit Private Limited. As of March 31, 2023, Navi Finserv reported assets under management of approximately ₹12,523.95 crore and a profit after tax of ₹264.16 crore.
