About The Issuer

Navi Finserv Limited, established in 2012 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India, is a non-deposit-taking, systemically important non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The company offers digital financial solutions, including personal and home loans, through its mobile application, Navi. In 2019, Navi Technologies Limited, led by Sachin Bansal, acquired the company, which was subsequently renamed Navi Finserv Limited in 2022. As of March 31, 2025, Navi Finserv reported assets under management of approximately ₹14,700 crore and cumulative disbursements of around ₹52,000 crore.
