About The Issuer

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is the urban planning agency for the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region in Telangana, India. Established in 2008, HMDA coordinates development activities across an area of approximately 10,472.723 square kilometers, encompassing 1,355 villages across 11 districts. Its primary functions include preparing metropolitan development plans, coordinating with various municipal and local authorities, and overseeing infrastructure development to ensure the region's planned growth.
