Ambium Finserve Limited, established in 2017 and headquartered in Chandigarh, India, is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) specializing in providing loans to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In November 2023, it was acquired by Wint Wealth Group, a fintech startup, which led to the rebranding of Ambium's wholesale lending operations under the name Wint Capital. The company aims to expand its loan book from ₹50 crore to ₹500 crore by the end of 2024.
