Under the leadership of Ms. Padmaja Reddy, former Managing Director of Spandana Sphoorthy Financial Limited, Keertana acquired the gold loan business from Spandana Mutual Benefit Trust and the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) business from Spandana Rural and Urban Development Organization in April 2022. As of May 2026, Keertana Finserv Limited has an authorized capital of ₹200 crore and a paid-up capital of ₹145.29 crore. The company operates across six states in India, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Odisha, and Puducherry, with 249 branches and over 1,500 employees as of December 2023.
