About The Issuer

The company was a dormant NBFC named Rajshree Tracom until March 2022; it was acquired by new promoters led by Padmaja Reddy (former MD of Spandana Sphoorty) and relaunched as Keertana. In April 2022, it acquired Spandana Mutual Benefit Trust’s gold‑loan business and an MSME portfolio
