Under the leadership of Managing Director Ms. Padmaja Reddy, the company specializes in secured lending solutions, including gold loans, loan against property, and home loans, catering to individuals and businesses. As of March 2025, Keertana Finserv reported an Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹2,348.5 crore, with a network of 402 operating branches across six states in India. The company's authorized capital is ₹200 crore, with a paid-up capital of ₹142.06 crore.
