About the issuer

Keertana Finserv Private Limited, formerly known as Rajshree Tracom Pvt Ltd, is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) established on February 14, 1996, in Kolkata, West Bengal. The company specializes in financial intermediation services, including gold loans, loan against property, and home loans. In April 2022, under the leadership of Managing Director Padmaja Reddy, Keertana expanded its operations by acquiring Spandana Mutual Benefit Trust’s gold-loan business and an MSME portfolio. As of January 2026, Keertana Finserv has a workforce of 814 employees and operates across six states in India, with a significant presence in Andhra Pradesh.
