Keertana Finserv Limited, formerly known as Keertana Finserv Private Limited, is a Hyderabad-based non-deposit taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) offering secured lending solutions, including gold loans, loan against property, and home loans. Established in 1996 as Rajshree Tracom Pvt Ltd, the company underwent a management change in March 2022, with new promoters led by Ms. Padmaja Reddy, the former Managing Director of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited. Following this transition, Keertana acquired Spandana Mutual Benefit Trust's gold loan business and an MSME portfolio, relaunching its operations with a focus on trust, transparency, and customer-centric growth.
