Established in 1992 as Hytone Holdings Private Limited, the company was rebranded as Progfin Private Limited in 2022 after being acquired by Desiderata Impact Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (Progcap). Progfin leverages technology and analytics to underwrite and onboard last-mile retailers, offering tailored financial solutions across various industries. As of June 30, 2025, Progfin reported total assets under management of ₹1,703 crore, comprising dealer financing (70%) and working capital term loans (30%).
