About The Issuer

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), established in 2019 as a 100% subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd., is India's largest airport infrastructure company. It manages eight airports, including those in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport. AAHL accounts for approximately 25% of India's passenger footfalls and 33% of its air cargo traffic.
