About The Issuer

Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited (ACAPL) is a Delhi-based non-deposit taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India since 2017. Established in 2016, ACAPL specializes in providing unsecured short-term personal loans to salaried individuals through its digital platform, Stashfin, developed by its subsidiary, EQX Analytics Private Limited. The company is promoted by Mr. Tushar Aggarwal and Mrs. Shruti Aggarwal, who collectively have over two decades of experience in financial services. As of June 2022, ACAPL's assets under management stood at ₹605.15 crore, comprising an owned portfolio of ₹532.99 crore and off-book exposure of ₹72.16 crore.
