About The Issuer

Mufin Green Finance Limited (MGFL) is an RBI-registered NBFC-ND, focused on financing the electric-vehicle (EV) ecosystem in India. The company provides loans for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, e-rickshaws, 4-wheelers, EV batteries, and EV charging infrastructure. MGFL was acquired by Hindon Mercantile Limited in March 2022 and is part of the Mufin Group, which has financed over 80,000+ EVs since 2016.
