About The Issuer

KrazyBee Services Limited, formerly known as KrazyBee Services Private Limited, is a Bengaluru-based Non-Deposit taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. Established in 2016, the company operates in the unsecured lending segment through its digital platform, KreditBee, offering personal loans up to ₹5 lakh to young professionals. As of March 31, 2025, KrazyBee reported an Assets Under Management (AUM) of ₹10,102 crore, with a significant portion of its portfolio in personal loans. The company has disbursed over ₹35,000 crore in loans to more than 90 lakh customers, leveraging technology and data analytics for efficient loan processing and risk management.
