Satin Finserv Limited (SFL), established in 2018, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Satin Creditcare Network Limited (SCNL), a leading Non-Banking Financial Company-Microfinance Institution (NBFC-MFI) in India. SFL focuses on providing financial solutions to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), offering products such as working capital loans, machinery financing, and trade finance with loan amounts ranging from ₹1 lakh to ₹15 lakh. The company operates across multiple states, including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Bihar, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh, with a network of 178 branches and a workforce of 1,612 employees as of March 31, 2023. In March 2023, SFL merged with Taraashna Financial Services Limited, a business correspondent subsidiary of SCNL, enhancing its capacity to serve MSMEs and expand its financial inclusion initiatives. As of March 31, 2025, SFL reported a net worth of ₹182.56 crore and a Capital to Risk Asset Ratio (CRAR) of 37.62%, well above the regulatory requirement of 15%.
