Under the leadership of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. K.G. Anil Kumar, the company has expanded its presence across multiple states in India, including Maharashtra and Gujarat. ICL Fincorp offers a diverse range of financial services, such as gold loans, business loans, vehicle loans, and insurance products. The company has also diversified into sectors like travel and tourism, education, and sports. In 2019, ICL Fincorp acquired a 74.27% stake in Salem Erode Investments, a BSE-listed company. The company is also associated with other ventures, including ICL Chits Ltd, ICL Builders Ltd, ICL Tours & Travels, and ICL Cultural and Charitable Trust.
